Just so you know, BLOGGER is one of the most popular and free blogging platforms, All blogs are hosted by Google for free and can be accessed with a sub-domain 'blogspot.com'. For example, www.wisewoorld.blogspot.com.
Note: A domain is a website URL, therefore make sure your domain can be easily remembered, pronounced and it is also very advisable that your domain should contain a keyword related to your niche. For example, 'wiseworldfood.com', ( a food and nutrition blog) for SEO purposes.
Simple Steps To Create A 'Blogger' Blog.
Visit Blogger.com.
Click 'CREATE A BLOG'.
You will be redirected to Gmail sign-in page since it is hosted by Google. Provide the required information to sign in.
Create a new blog. Enter blog title, blog title is the name that will show on your blog header,
Always make sure your domain and your blog title are accurate, it makes visitors easily remem howber your site URL.
- Choose a Theme.
To make your site blogger blog look professional and user-friendly, a custom theme is a better option.
How To Create Your Very First Post
Click the navigation bar at the top left side of the page.
Click the +New post button.
Switch to 'Compose view', to be able to write posts conveniently.
Write your post title, not too long, write the Post content.
After writing the post, go to setSet post to a particular category by writing the category name. separate labels with a comma (,).
Do not use space or capital letters instead of a small letter. For example, if your label is to be 'howto', do not use 'how to' or 'Howto'.
When you scroll down, you will see options that allow you to Change post publishes date and time.
Permalink is the URL of your post. there are two types permalinks. Automatic link, generate by Blogger for your post.
To customize your permalink, put a hyphen between each word, and don't use words like 'a' and 'an'. You can also add a post description below other options.

I cannot teach you how to write your post, all I can afford is to give you tips that will help you create quality content if you consider using them.
Create quality content that Google will rank. A few years ago Google rank content that is lengthy, but nowadays, things are changed. Google still does rank content that is lengthy but as well considers contents that give details of the title first. Not post that is full of irrelevances.
